These include the three commonly requested recommendations: Administrator, English Teacher, Math Teacher. Recommendations required for additional school applications will accrue an additional fee of $100 per set of 3 recommendations. (Every private school requires a separate online questionnaire and specific questions unique to their school be completed by the appropriate responsible staff member.). Please fill out this request form for each of the schools to which you are applying. The additional charges will be billed and payable through your A1A Parent Portal. When we receive your request, we will email you a student information questionnaire. Please provide as much detail as possible. Do not feel like you are bragging or boasting!
